For over twenty-five years, Dr. Khalouf has been a pain management specialist physician dedicated to his patients in Altoona and surrounding counties. He was the first ABMS board-certified pain physician in Blair County. Dr. Khalouf utilizes anesthesiology-based interventional spine procedures along with contemporary management techniques specified for your acute or chronic pain condition. As an orthopedic physician focusing on eliminating pain, his main goal is to help patients return to their healthiest, pain-free lifestyle, keeping them out of pain for the long term.
Dr. Khalouf appreciates living an active lifestyle where he enjoys ice hockey, cycling, travel, and photography.
