While still accepting patients at our Altoona and Roaring Spring locations, he now provides care to Huntingdon area patients focusing on sports, hand, joint, and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Singer is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon that strives to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques in the ever-changing world of orthopedic treatment.
