UOC’s Dr. McClellan Presents “Enabling Technology and Wound Care in an Outpatient Setting” on a VuMedi Webinar

Altoona, PA October 10, 2017 – Christopher McClellan, DO was an invited guest on VuMedi to present “Enabling Technology and Wound Care in an Outpatient Setting”. VuMedi is a video education platform for over 200,000 doctors. Doctors use VuMedi to improve patient care and to grow their practice. Outpatient joints are becoming more and more common. There are many enabling technologies that allow for efficiency and accuracy and can assist in the prevention of re-admission. The one hour webinar allowed thought leaders, from across orthopedics, to describe their outpatient protocols while discussing various technologies that have assisted in getting their patients back on their feet. Dr. McClellan’s presentation focused on patient matched cutting blocks, which is an efficiency in the ASC (ambulatory surgical center).
