Altoona, PA August 2018 – Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society (POS) President Dr. Rowe and invited speaker Dr. McClellan will be attending the 2018 Fall Scientific Meeting, The New Age of Arthroplasty from October 25-27, 2018 in Hershey, PA. Along with many other famous experts, they will focus on topics such as: Outpatient Joint Replacement Arthroplasty: Is it safe? Dr. Rowe is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon committed to providing patients with the best up-to-date surgical and nonsurgical treatment for their injuries. As the first female orthopedic surgeon in Blair County, she firmly believes that getting better is a collaborative effort between the patient and the physician. Dr. Rowe is currently accepting new patients at our Altoona and Roaring Spring office locations.

Dr. McClellan has been instrumental in the development of total joint replacement as an outpatient surgical procedure. He is accepting new patients in our Altoona, Bedford, Tyrone, and DuBois locations and specializes in primary hip and knee replacement, revision hip and knee replacement, and general orthopedics.
