Background

Dr. Ley is a foot and ankle specialist who is committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based medical care using a compassionate team approach. Growing up in a medical family had a large impact on her decision to pursue a career in medicine as she was able to see what a great impact one person can have on so many lives.

Dr. Ley is a member of the Associate, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association. She specializes in the treatment of all foot and ankle injuries and conditions and has also received specialized training in ankle arthroscopy procedures and joint fusions for arthritis. As a surgeon, she appreciates the opportunity to help her patients stay active and improve their quality of life using both nonsurgical and surgical treatment methods.

Dr. Ley resides in Martinsburg with her husband Brian and their two children. When she is not seeing patients, she enjoys her family, running, working out, cooking and playing piano.
