Dr. McClellan joined University Orthopedics Center (UOC) in July of 2005 and sees patients in need of orthopedic care at our Altoona location. He is a specialist in general orthopedics and is a board certified orthopedic surgeon . His training and experience include unique competencies in the areas of Total Joint Replacement, Fractures, and Sports Medicine.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree at the Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, Dr. McClellan received his Medical Degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000. He completed his internship and residency at Pinnacle Health Hospitals in Harrisburg, PA in 2005.

Dr. McClellan is currently the team physician for Juniata College. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Academy of Osteopathic Orthopedic Surgeons, Pennsylvania Medical Society, American Medical Association, and American Osteopathic Association.

Dr. McClellan resides in Duncansville, PA, with his wife and child. He enjoys running, basketball, weightlifting, movies, sporting events, and traveling.
