UOC Spine includes a team of specialized physicians and support staff who are dedicated to evaluating and treating all aspects of musculoskeletal disorders, from soft tissue injuries to acute neck and back pain, and from disc injuries/disorders to sciatica and referred pain into the extremities, hips, and shoulders. In conjunction with our established orthopedics center, UOC Spine provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment. We have a “one team, one goal” approach.
Our specialized spine team includes fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeons Dr. Gregory Bailey and Dr. Joel Torretti; Dr. Todd Cousins and Dr. Keith Zora, fellowship trained and board certified pain management physicians; Dr. Paul Lamb, a chiropractic treatment and adjunctive therapies specialist; and Dr. Richard Allatt, a board certified physiatrist who provides medical management of spine and related disorders. The UOC Spine team is complemented by a comprehensive support staff comprised of allied health providers including massage therapists and spine certified physical therapists. UOC Spine also has a full array of onsite diagnostic services, including MRI.
UOC’s spine team collaborates to develop an individualized plan of care for each patient. A comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan may include a combination of non-invasive integrated chiropractic, massage, and physical therapy; minimally invasive peripheral and central nerve blocks; more advanced therapies such as nucleoplasty, intradiscal electrothermal therapy (IDET), and neuroaugmentation; as well as invasive surgical treatments.
UOC Spine provides its patients with the advantages of a true multidisciplinary approach to individualized evaluation and treatment, physical therapy/rehabilitation, and second opinions regarding proposed care.
UOC Spine is located at 476 Rolling Ridge Drive in State College, PA.
